How Much is a Room Hire?

What Rooms do you have Available?
We have a selection of rooms available, including our Lecture Theatre, Boardroom, Meeting Rooms and four Clinical Simulation Rooms.
What are the Catering Options Available?
Yes - we provide complimentary refreshments on arrival, although you can add scones, danishes, sandwich platters and hot lunch to your venue hire.
Do you have Conference Call Equipment?
We have audio visual equipment in our Lecture Theatre and Boardroom to use at your convenience.
What Size are the Rooms?
Our Lecture Theatre has the capacity to hold up to 80 people, and our other rooms can hold up to 16 people each.
Can I get a Discount?
Discounts are available for charitable organisations. We also can offer a discount on block bookings.
Can I hold a Medical Event at your Facility?
As a consultant led organisation with clinical expertise, we have long standing professional relationships with industry professionals, and can, therefore, cater for medical events.
Is there Free Parking?
We have free on-site and on street parking at our HQ in Belfast.
Can I view your Facilities before booking?
Of course! We understand that you may want to view our premises prior to hiring it as a venue. Please contact us to arrange a viewing at your convenience.
