The purpose of this Web Site Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting this web site. We have a rigorous approach to privacy and the management of personal data. All information collected about our audiences is in accordance with:

2. Types of Information Collected
We retain two types of information:
- Personal Data
o This is data that identifies you, or can be used to identify or contact you, and may include your name, address, email address, profession, user IP addresses in circumstances where they have not been deleted, clipped or anonymised, telephone number, and billing and credit card information. Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us.
- Non-Personal Data
o Like most web sites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our web site. This Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user IP addresses where they have been clipped or anonymised, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our web site.
3. Purposes for which we hold your Information
Non-Personal Data
We use the Non-Personal Data gathered from visitors to our web site in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from, and to help us better design and organise our web site.

Personal Data
We will process any Personal Data you provide to us for the following purposes:
a) to provide you with the goods or services you have ordered;
b) to contact you if required in connection with your order or to respond to any communications you might send to us;
c) to send you other Kingsbridge Healthcare Group information such as courses, newsletters or product releases that we feel may be of interest to you.
When booking through any offline application/booking process you will also be asked for contact preferences.
Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
- whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes.
- if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us.
- You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Jennifer McLaughlin.
How long we keep your personal information
The period of time we keep your information depend on the purpose for which your information was collected and the use to which is was put. Kingsbridge Training Academy does not retain or use personal data for longer than is required. Data relating to event delegates or other customers is kept for up to a period of six years. If you have not attended an event or purchased a product from us in two years then we will email you to give you an opportunity to proactively provide permission for us to continue contacting you. If you do not wish to provide permission then we will no longer keep in touch.
4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We will not provide Non-Personal Data to third parties.
We will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties unless you have consented to this disclosure or unless the third party is required to fulfil your order (in such circumstances, the third party is bound by similar data protection requirements). We will disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.
Suppliers
Bookings Storage/Email Confirmations
Office 365/Outlook – Used to send and receive emails and manage booking calendars. Office 365 are currently working on their GDPR statement. This data will include your email address and any emails that you send us. We store this information for 6 years and this is stored in the US.
Payments
Windcave – Used to process online bookings .When you make a booking with us, you can make the choice to pay by card. When you choose this option, there are some additional pieces of information that we need. These are:
- Your card number
- Expiry date
- CVV number
- Card holders name
The data you provide is not held on our system.
Each time you book, you will need to provide us with your consent to use this information.
When you complete the payment form to make payment, we collect:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- Your card details
These details are passed to our payment processor- Barclays process the payment. We then retain the name, address and email address to produce a payment receipt. We do not retain your card details in this instance.
5. Security
Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our IT support companies locally. We will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data.
6. Changes to the Web Site Privacy Policy
Any changes to this Web Site Privacy Policy will be posted on this web site so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any time we decide to use Personal Data in a manner significantly different from that stated in this Web Site Privacy Policy, or otherwise disclosed to you at the time it was collected, we will notify you by email, and you will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in the new manner.

This policy was updated on the 14th May 2018 to take into account the new EU GDPR regulations.
