Starting out in the world of aesthetic treatments can be daunting, but we hope that this section of Frequently Asked Questions can provide answers on some of the most common queries our delegates have about working in aesthetics and administering treatments.

Who can attend these courses?

Our aesthetic training courses are only suitable for registered Doctors, Dentists and Nurses. We require a GDC, GMC or NMC professional PIN number in advance of the course in order to obtain your product and insurance for the training day. Please note, regulation state that Nurses cannot administer Anti-Wrinkle treatment in the Republic of Ireland, therefore, nurses that wish to attend out Anti-Wrinkle Injections and Dermal Filler Training- Foundation Course can observe but cannot participate in the practical session.

Will I get to practice on live models?

Yes, we believe the practical part of the training is just as important as the theoretical learning. Therefore, you will be able to practice both Anti-wrinkle Injections and Dermal Filler treatments on real patients provided by us, under close supervision of our expert trainer.

Which Anti-Wrinkle Injections and Dermal Filler treatment is used on the training day?

We only use Allergan and Juvéderm.

What if I have a clinical or business question once the course is completed?

Who will be carrying out the training?

We work with a team of highly skilled and experienced Doctors to deliver our training.

What about insurance after the training?

After completing your Kingsbridge Training Academy course you will need to purchase professional indemnity insurance in order to practice. We are a recognised training provider of Hamilton Fraser, Aesthetic Insure and Cosmetic Insure, of which you will be provided details of on the day of training.

Do I need to do any preparation beforehand?

We email pre-course learning materials at least 1 week in advance of all our training course dates. Please read this documentation thoroughly in advance of attending our training courses.
